Low-budget hotel in Agra. Quick room service. There was nearby Ohh Foodies to grab something to eat. No complains at all, we appreciated this accommodation and strongly recommend.

Ventilation in room is bad, can smell the kitchen's cooking, there no hot water supply, hotel staff make numerous trips to deliver room service for tips, foods' too oily or burnt. Morning's receptionist shows very bad attitude. Service is bad and yet demand for tips, as mentioned that there's wi-fi in every part of the hotel, which is not true.

The restaurant waiters were very nice and helpful. It's within walking distance to Taj Mahal, and nearby area provides choices of family restaurants/sweet shops and most of the otto drivers seem to recognize the hotel location easily.

I'm not sure how to put it.. but when I was tidying up my blanket, lizard (big gecko) jumped right in front of my eyes and while my eyes tried to find where the lizard has gone to, I saw a cockroach at the leg of my bed. And I was like.. OMG!! Hahahaha.. The hotel staff however, need some improvement. I was running out of toilet paper (they gave 1 roll of toilet paper which left around half of the roll on my arrival date), and there were two of us sharing the same room for 2 nights. On the second day, me and my friend tried to contact the room service (by phone) for 3 times; and their replies were always "Alright Sir/Mdm, we will send it to your room". At one point my friend was upset and decided to go down to the receptionist to ask for the toilet paper. After another phone call with the same reply, we decided to buy the tissue paper on the market. But other than that, it was an okay room.
